Authorizing the Laying Off of Streets Off Coromandel Street
in the City of Wellington, Subject to Conditions as to the
Building Line

At the Government House at Wellington this 17th day of
August 1955

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations
Act 1954, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
authorizes the Wellington City Council to lay-off the proposed
streets described in the Schedule hereto at a width of less
than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject to the condition
that no building or part of a building shall at any time be
erected within a distance of 33 ft. from the centre lines of
the said streets.

SCHEDULE

THAT proposed street in the Wellington Land District, City
of Wellington, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 34·66
perches, being part of Town Belt, being Lot 33 on Land
Transfer Plan No. 17934, and being part of the land com-
prised and described in certificate of title, Volume 401, folio
283, Wellington Land Registry.

Also that proposed street in the said land district and
city containing by admeasurement 38·78 perches, being part
of Section 873, Town of Wellington, being Lot 29 on Land
Transfer Plan No. 17934, and being part of the land com-
prised and described in certificate of title, Volume 85, folio
247, Wellington Land Registry.

Building Line

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations
Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes
the Auckland City Council to permit the laying off of the
proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width
of less than 66 ft., but not less than 45 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lot 1 of a sub-
division of the land shown edged green on the plan marked
P.W.D. 147495, referred to in the Schedule hereto, within a
distance of 43 ft. from the centre line of the said street, and
subject further to the condition that no building or part of
a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 2 to 23
inclusive of a subdivision of the said land shown edged green
on the said plan marked P.W.D. 147495, referred to in the
Schedule hereto, within a distance of 48 ft. from the centre
line of the said street.

SCHEDULE

THAT proposed street in the North Auckland Land District,
City of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 25
perches, more or less, being part Lot 2, D.P. 32695, and part
Lot 2, D.P. 36988, being part Allotment 25, Section 12,
Suburbs of Auckland.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 147495 deposited in the office of the Minister
of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Building Line

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations
Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes
the Hamilton City Council to permit the laying off of the
proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width
for part of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than
40 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a
building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged
green on the plan referred to in the said Schedule within a
distance of 48 ft. from the centre line of the said street.

SCHEDULE

THAT proposed street in the South Auckland Land District,
City of Hamilton, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 32·7
perches, more or less, being part Lot 17, Deeds Plan C.90,
being part Allotment 38, Pukete Parish.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 147426 deposited in the office of the Minister
of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Borough of Gisborne

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency
the Governor-General, acting by an with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the land
described in the Schedule hereto being taken for electric
works.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land permitted to be taken:
5 acres 3 roods 21·9 perches.

Being part Waikanae No. 3 Block, D.P. 2184.

Situated in the Borough of Gisborne, Gisborne R.D. (S.O.
4882.)

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146707
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured orange.
