A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated 24 May 1955, No. 36, page 548, closing road in Block I, Upper Waitara Survey District, and Block X, Mimi Survey District, Clifton County, as to the area of 2 roods 16·6 perches forthly described in the First Schedule to the said Proclamation, and, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.
