A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of August 1955.

Situated in Block I, Kawatiri Survey District, Nelson R.D. (S.O. 9901.)

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a surfaceman's cottage; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of August 1955.
