Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block VII, Mahurangi
Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of August 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 acre 30 perches.
Being Allotment 49 Mahurangi Parish.
Situate in Block VII, Mahurangi Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 37357.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 144135 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of August 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 P of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway, is hereby set apart for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 2 roods 24 perches.
Being part Lot 87, D.P. 8491, being part Hamlinโ€™s Grant.
Situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 39109.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147306 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of August 1955.
