PURSUANT to section 222 of the Companies Act 1933, notice is hereby given that the following special resolution was passed by way of entry in the minute book and signed as provided by subsection (1) of section 300 under the Companies Act 1933, on the 19th day of July 1955:

“‘1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.

‘2. Mr James Francis Frew, Public Accountant, of Hamilton, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.’”

WARKWORTH TOWN COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Workers’ Dwelling Loan, 1954, of £3,000

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Local Government Loans Act 1926 and their amendments, and all and every other powers contained in any other Act enabling it in that behalf, the Warkworth Town Council hereby resolves as follows:

“‘That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £3,000 authorized to be raised by the Warkworth Town Council under the above-mentioned Acts for the purpose of purchasing or erecting a dwelling, the said Warkworth Town Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-twelfth of a penny (1/12d.) in the pound (£1) upon the rateable value of all the rateable property of the whole of the Warkworth Town District; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty-five years, or until the loan is fully paid off.’”

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of a resolution passed by the Warkworth Town Council at a meeting held on the 14th day of July 1955.
