Appointing the Hutt County Council to Control and
Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953,
the Minister of Lands hereby appoints

The Hutt County Council

to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule
hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a drainage
reserve, subject to the condition hereinafter contained, that is
to say, the Hutt County Council shall have the right, during
the pleasure of the Minister of Lands, to use the said land for
access purposes.

Revocation of Appointment of Orokawa Domain Board and
Appointment of New Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of
the Waihi Borough Council as the Orokawa Domain Board
as published in Gazette, 18 September 1941, Volume III, page
2799, and further appoints the

Ohinemuri County Council

to be the Orokawa Domain Board to have control of the
reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the pro-
visions of the said Act, as a public domain.

Revoking Appointment of Dunedin Botanical Domain Board
and Declaring Dunedin Botanical Domain to be a Recreation
Reserve Subject to Part II of the Reserves and Domains Act
1953

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the
Dunedin City Council as the Dunedin Botanical Domain Board,
and further, declares that the Dunedin Botanical Domain
described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to
Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be
deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of that
Act.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that area in the Provincial District of Otago, containing
by admeasurement 40 acres 2 roods 38 perches, more or less,
being part of the Town Belt of the City of Dunedin. Bounded
towards the north-west by the Main North Road from the
Water of Leith to the Opohe Road, 1535 links; towards the
north-east by the said Opohe Road, 1410 links; towards the
east by the other part of the said Town Belt of the City of
Dunedin from the Opohe Road to the Northern Cemetery
Road, 3400 links; towards the south-east by the said Cemetery
Road, 200 links; towards the south by Sections Nos. 14 and
15 respectively, Block XXXVII, of the City of Dunedin, and
a road line, 350 links, to the Water of Leith; and towards the
west and south-west by the Water of Leith, 4125 links, to the
starting point; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

Also all that area in the Provincial District of Otago, con-
taining by admeasurement 8 acres 2 roods, more or less, being
part of the Town Belt of the City of Dunedin. Bounded
towards the north-east by the Pine Hill Road and other part
of the said Town Belt, 2230 links; towards the south-east by
the Main North Road, 750 links; towards the south by the
other part of the said Town Belt, 95 links; thence by the
Water of Leith, 2600 links; towards the north-west by other
part of the said Town Belt, being the back line of Sections
Nos. 26 and 27 respectively, Block XXXII, of the City of
Dunedin, produced, 585 links: be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less.

Also all that area situated in the City of Dunedin, con-
taining by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 8 perches, more or
less, being a portion of the Town Belt of the City. Bounded
towards the north by North Boundary Road, 2150 links;
towards the east by the Main North Road, 410 links; and
towards the south and west by the Pine Hill Road, 2080 links:
be all the aforesaid distances more or less.
