A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 3 roods 33·51 perches.

Being Lot 66, D.P. 17053, being part Rural Section 286, Township of Palmerston North, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 600, folio 164, Wellington Land Registry.

Situated in Block X, Kairanga Survey District, City of Palmerston North.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of July 1955.
