Land Taken for Better Utilization in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilization; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of July 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 4 perches.

Being Lot 2 of the subdivision of Allotments 37 and 38, Section 28, City of Auckland, as the same is delineated on D.P. 936, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 66, folio 145, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of July 1955.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a parking place, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that the Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of July 1955.
