A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
set part for housing purposes subject to the building-line
restriction imposed by Memorandum of Acceptance K. 28504;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 25th day of July 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart:
1 rood 9·6 perches.

Being Lot 102, D.P. 37709, being formerly part of the land
comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 722,
folio 50, Auckland Land Registry.

Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for Housing Purposes in Blocks VI and VII, Christchurch Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for housing purposes; and I also proclaim and declare
that an easement is hereby taken for housing purposes over
the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in
Her Majesty the Queen full and free liberty, right, license,
and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, recon-
struct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of stormwater
drains under, along, and over the said land, and to use the
said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of storm-
water, such easement to be appurtenant to the land described
in the First Schedule hereto and to the land in certificate of
title, Volume 567, folio 92, Canterbury Land Registry; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 25th day of July 1955.

FIRST SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 3 roods
36·1 perches.

Being part Lot 3, D.P. 1444, being part Rural Section 314;
coloured blue.

Situated in Blocks VI and VII, Christchurch Survey Dis-
trict, Canterbury R.D. (S.O. 8767.)

SECOND SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land over which an ease-
ment is taken: 4 perches.

Being part Lot 17, D.P. 1477, being part Rural Section 314;
coloured yellow.

Situated in Block VI, Christchurch Survey District, Canter-
bury R.D. (S.O. 8767.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147123
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
