A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 6·5 perches.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 4157, being part Rural Section 2933. Situated in Block VIII, Leeston Survey District, Canterbury R.D. (S.O. 8706.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147073 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of July 1955.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

A. R. P. 0 2 6·6 Lot 1, D.P. 17827, being part Rural Section 3900, situated in Block VI, Arowhenua Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 368, folio 83, Canterbury Land Registry.
1 0 37·3 Lot 2, D.P. 17827, being part Rural Sections 3900 and 3963, situated in Block VI and VII, Arowhenua Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 143, folio 197, Canterbury Land Registry.
