A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 2 acres and 22 perches.
Being Lot 58, D.P. 17749, being part Rural Section 112, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificates of title, Volume 564, folio 18, and Volume 572, folio 52, Canterbury Land Registry.
Situated in Block VII, Christchurch Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of July 1955.

Situated in Block VI, Ruakaka Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 37955.)
SECOND SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 acres and 12·8 perches.
Adjoining or passing through part land on D.P. 709, being part Pokapu Waiorehua Block, and part Lot 2, D.P. 21261, being part Pokapu Waiorehua Block; coloured green.
Situated in Block VI, Ruakaka Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 37955.)
All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146988 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
