A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of July 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood.
Being part Lot 3, D.P. 15173, being part Aratiatia Block.
Situated in Block IX, Wairere Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 36814.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146993 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by Harold Howard Keyte, of Cambridge, Farm Hand, under and by virtue of Deferred Payment Licence, Volume 811, folio 155, Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of July 1955.

K. 31952 and K. 33487, Auckland Land Registry, for post and telegraph purposes (staff accommodation); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of July 1955.
