Crown Land Set Apart for a Main Highway Depot in Block V,
Waitemata Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a main highway depot; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of July 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood 18 perches.

Being Section 11.

Situated in Block V, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 38721.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145840 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of June 1955.

Land Held for Housing Purposes Set Apart for the Purposes of a Secondary School in the Borough of Whakatane

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing purposes, is hereby set apart for the purposes of a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of July 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 34 perches.

Being Lot 15, D.P. S.581, being part Allotment 288, Parish of Waimana, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 693, folio 170, Auckland Land Registry.

Situated in the Borough of Whakatane.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of June 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 0ยท3 perches.

Being Lot 2, D.P. S.3277, being part Allotments 353 and 354, Town of Cambridge West, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 174, folio 95, Auckland Land Registry.

Situated in the Town District of Leamington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of July 1955.
