A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 0·31 perch.

Being Lot 7, D.P. 7689, being part Section 47, Block XI, Kaupokonui Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 151, folio 59, Taranaki Land Registry.

Situated in the Kaponga Town District, Eltham County.

Being part D.P. 1288, being part Section IV, District of Suburban South, being part Public Reserve.

Situated in Block III, Waimea Survey District, Nelson R.D. (S.O. 9916.)

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146888 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 acre and 22·2 perches.

Being part Te Au-o-Waikato Maungatapu 9b No. 2 Section 1 Block; coloured yellow.

Situated in Block XI, Maungakawa Survey District.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ROAD CLOSED

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 2 roods 11 perches.

Adjoining or passing through part Te Au-o-Waikato Maungatapu 9b No. 2 Section 1 Block; coloured green.

Situated in Block XI, Maungakawa Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 34720.)

All in the South Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146882 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of June 1955.

Adjoining part Section 2 of 23, and Lots 8 and 10, D.P. 195, being Sections 2 of 22 and 2 of 24.

Situated in Block III, Oamaru Survey District, Otago R.D. (S.O. 11798.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146910 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of June 1955.
