A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the portions of street described in the Schedule hereto.

Situated in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District, City of Hamilton, Auckland R.D.

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked as above mentioned deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of May 1955.
