Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle-line of
a Road in Blocks V, VII, XI, and XII, Belmont Survey
District, viz., a Deviation of the Wellington-Paekakariki
Centennial Main Highway

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclama-
tion dated the 9th day of October 1945 and published in
Gazette, 11 October 1945, Volume III, page 1264, and deposited
in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 3605, defin-
ing the middle-line of a road in Blocks V, VII, XI, and XII,
Belmont Survey District, viz., a deviation of the Wellington-
Paekakariki Centennial Main Highway, in so far as it affects
the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land over which the
Proclamation is revoked: 34·17 perches.
Being part Lots 124 and 125, D.P. 14282, being part Section
50, Porirua District, and part closed street.
Situated in Block V, Belmont Survey District, Borough of
Tawa Flat, and being the whole of the land comprised and
described in certificate of title, Volume 628, folio 67,
Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 4th day of May 1955.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the
Proclamation dated the 9th day of October 1945 and pub-
lished in Gazette, 11 October 1954, Volume III, page 1264,
and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as
No. 3605, defining the middle-line of a road in Blocks V, VII,
XI, and XII, Belmont Survey District, viz., a deviation of the
Wellington-Paekakariki Centennial Main Highway, in so far
as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land over which the
Proclamation is revoked: 31·95 perches.
Being Lot 5, D.P. 14282, being part Section 51, Porirua
District. (Town of Tawa Extension No. 8.)
Situated in Block V, Belmont Survey District, Borough of
Tawa Flat, and being the whole of the land comprised and
described in certificate of title, Volume 562, folio 68, Welling-
ton Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 4th day of May 1955.
