CITY PROPERTY INVESTMENTS LIMITED
IN LIQUIDATION
Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution
Pursuant to section 222 of the Companies Act 1933, notice is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of City Property Investments Limited duly convened and held in Dunedin on Wednesday, the 20th day of April 1955, the following special resolution was passed:
"1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.
"2. That Messrs Frederick William Bamfield and Edwin Macleod be and they are hereby appointed liquidators of the company.
"3. That the remuneration of the liquidators shall be according to the scale adopted by the New Zealand Society of Accountants."
Dated at Dunedin this 27th day of April 1955.

OHINEMURI COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Bridge Renewal Loan, 1955, £17,000
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act 1926, the Ohinemuri County Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £17,000 authorized to be raised by the Ohinemuri County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of renewing bridges in the County of Ohinemuri, the said Ohinemuri County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of ¼d. (one farthing) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property of the County of Ohinemuri, comprising the whole of the County of Ohinemuri; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 24th day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 30 (thirty) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
I hereby certify that the above is a true copy of a resolution passed by the Ohinemuri County Council at a meeting of the said Council held on the 20th day of April 1955.

NELSON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act 1926, the Nelson City Council hereby resolves as follows:
"For the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £21,500 to be known as the Drainage Improvement Loan No. 3 1954 authorized to be raised by the Nelson City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of purchasing and laying pipes in the stormwater drains in Vanguard Street and part of Emaro Street, near Murphy Street, the said Nelson City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of twenty-one/two hundred and fifty-sixths of a penny (21/256d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property of the City of Nelson comprising the whole of the said City; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 23rd day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 10 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
The foregoing is a true copy of a resolution passed by the Nelson City Council at an ordinary meeting held on the 21st day of April 1955.

NELSON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act 1926, the Nelson City Council hereby resolves as follows:
"For the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £8,350 to be known as the Reserves and Cemetery Loan 1955 authorized to be raised by the Nelson City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of constructing a sexton’s house and a building containing conveniences and a tool and plant shed at Marsden Valley Cemetery, purchasing a lowering device for the cemetery, and constructing a bowling pavilion at the Tosswill Recreation Ground at Tahunaui, and a bowling green at Pioneer Park, the said Nelson City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of seventeen/five hundred and twelfths of a penny (17/512d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property of the City of Nelson comprising the whole of the said City; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 23rd day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 10 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

BOROUGH OF ST. KILDA
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Public notice is hereby given that the St. Kilda Borough Council at its meeting held on the 18th day of April 1955 has resolved to prepare for the St. Kilda Borough a district scheme as required by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.
Every person and every local authority in the district is hereby invited to submit any proposals which, in his or its opinion, should be considered in the preparation of the proposed scheme.
Proposals marked “St. Kilda District Scheme” should be addressed to the Town Clerk and delivered at the Town Clerk’s Office on or before the 2nd day of July 1955.

"That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Leslie William Leppien, of Motueka, Public Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up."
