Authorizing the Laying-off of an Extension of Prebble Grove
in the City of Lower Hutt, Subject to a Condition as to the
Building-line

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 2nd day of
May 1955

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations
Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes
the Lower Hutt City Council to permit the laying-off of the
proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width
for the whole of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than
40 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a
building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the
proposed street within a distance of 35 ft. from the centre
line of the said street.

SCHEDULE

THAT proposed street in the Wellington Land District, City of
Lower Hutt, being an extension of Prebble Grove, containing
by admeasurement 35·65 perches, more or less, being part of
Lot 1, D.P. 14859, and being part of the land comprised and
described in certificate of title, Volume 623, folio 59, Wellington
Land Registry.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 146363 deposited in the office of the Minister
of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Building-line

THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations
Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes
the Hamilton City Council to permit the laying-off of the
proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width
for part of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than
40 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a
building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged
green on the plan referred to in the said Schedule within a
distance of 35 ft. from the centre line of the said street.

THAT proposed street in the South Auckland Land District,
City of Hamilton, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 20
perches, more or less, being part Allotment 40, Parish of
Pukete, and part Lot 2, D.P. 6668, being part Allotment 39A,
Parish of Pukete.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 146341 deposited in the office of the Minister
of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
