Land Taken for Better Utilization in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilization; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of April 1955.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 1·72 perches.
Being part Section 10, Porirua District, and part of a closed road, and being also Lot 13, D.P. 11059, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 470, folio 279, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of April 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of April 1955.

Situated in Block XV, Tarraa Survey District, Otago R.D. (S.O. 11771.)
