Land Held for Defence Purposes Set Apart for a Public School in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for defence purposes, is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of April 1955.
