Price Order No. 1601 (Amendment No. 1 of Price Order No. 1597) (Main Crop Potatoes)
Pursuant to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal hereby makes the following amending Price Order:

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1601, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1597* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

This Order shall come into force on the 7th day of April 1955.

The principal Order is hereby amended by revoking clause 11 (1) (e) thereof and the Schedule to the principal Order and substituting the following new clause and new Schedule:
“11. (1) (e) For potatoes grown in the North Island and sold for delivery in the months of March to June 1955 and thereafter pending the issue of any amending Price Order.
