Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of April 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 16·8 perches.
Being Lot 4, D.P. 7843, being part Section 905, Town of Wellington, being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 421, folio 183, Wellington Land Registry.
Situated in Block X, Port Nicholson Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electric works and shall vest in the Hawke’s Bay Electric Power Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of April 1955.
