Crown Land Set Apart for a Teacher’s Residence in Block VII, Waimata Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of April 1955.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 22·5 perches.
Being closed road adjoining part of Lot 24, D.P. 2189, being part Section 174, Akitio Registration District, situated in Block VII, Waimata Survey District, and being the whole of the land in Proclamation No. 6035, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of March 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portions of public domain described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of April 1955.

0 2 31 Part of Waikahu Block; coloured orange. Situated in Block I, Clive Survey District.
0 2 23 Parts of West Clive Town Sections 64 and 65; coloured sepia. Situated in Block II, Clive Survey District.

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145539 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
