PUBLIC TRUST NOTICE
In the matter of the Administration Act 1952, and in the matter of the estate of JACK OWSLEY, late of Auckland, Railway Man, but now deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee of the Dominion of New Zealand on the 16th day of March 1955, pursuant to the powers in that behalf conferred upon him by section 62 of the above-mentioned Act, filed a certificate in the Supreme Court at Auckland electing to administer the above estate under Part IV of the said Act, and that the said estate will, as from the said date, be administered, realized, and distributed in accordance with the law and practice of bankruptcy.
Notice is further given that I do hereby summon a meeting of creditors of the above estate to be held at the Public Trust Office, Auckland, on Tuesday, the 29th day of March 1955, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon.
Notice is finally given that all creditors, whether they have already submitted their claims or not, are required to prove their debts within the time and in the manner provided by the Bankruptcy Act 1908. Proof-of-debt forms may be procured at my office.

NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to an order made by the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Auckland on the 11th day of March 1955 it was ordered that the Public Trustee of the Dominion of New Zealand should administer the estate of the above-named under Part IV of the said Act, and that the said estate will, as from the said date, be administered, realized, and distributed in accordance with the law and practice of bankruptcy.
Notice is further given that I do hereby summon a meeting of creditors of the above estate to be held at the Public Trust Office, Auckland, on Wednesday, the 23rd day of March 1955, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon.
Notice is finally given that all creditors, whether they have already submitted their claims or not, are required to prove their debts within the time and in the manner provided by the Bankruptcy Act 1908. Proof-of-debt forms may be procured at my office.
Attention is particularly drawn to the fact that Richard James Sullivan traded in Auckland under the firm names or styles of John Heslip and Co. and Salvage Disposals.

WAIAUPU COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Waiaupu County Council, acting under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, proposes to execute a certain public work, namely, to take lands for road, and for the purpose of such work the lands described in the First and Second Schedules hereto are required to be taken. Notice is hereby further given that plans of the lands so required for such public work are deposited in the office of the Waiaupu County Council at Te Puia, and at the offices of Messrs Nolan and Skeet, Solicitors, Gisborne, and are open for inspection by all persons during office hours. All persons affected by the execution of such public works who have any well-founded objection thereto must state their objection in writing, and deliver it to the Clerk of the Waiaupu County Council at Te Puia within forty days from the first publication of this notice.
