Crown Land Set Apart for Irrigation Purposes in Bannock-
burn and Leaning Rock Survey Districts

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby set apart for irrigation purposes; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
14th day of March 1955.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of Crown land set apart:

Being
12 3 0 Part Run 339D, Bannockburn Survey District:
coloured yellow.
81 2 0 Part Run 249, Leaning Rock and Bannockburn
Survey Districts; coloured purple.
Otago R.D. (S.O. 9931.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particu-
larly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98491 deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured as above-mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 5th day of March 1955.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line
of a Portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the
Proclamation dated the 10th day of December 1924 and
published in Gazette, 11 December 1924, Vol. III, page 2898,
and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as
No. 1482, defining the middle line of a portion of the
Wellington-Napier railway, in so far as it affects the land
described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land affected: 21·76 perches.
Being Lot 2, D.P. 15229, being part Section 108, Epuni
Hamlet, and being the whole of the land comprised and
described in certificate of title, Volume 573, folio 58, Wellington
Land Registry.
Situated in the City of Lower Hutt.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 5th day of March 1955.
