Declaring a Reserve to be the Matakohe Domain and
Appointing Domain Board
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve described
in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the
provisions of Part III of the said Act, to be known as the
Matakohe Domain, and further, appoints
The Otamatea County Council
to be the Matakohe Domain Board having control of the said
domain.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—MATAKOHE DOMAIN
ALLOTMENT 58, Suburbs of Matakohe, situated in Block XIV,
Matakohe Survey District: Area, 4 acres 1 rood 10 perches,

Revoking Appointment of Whangamata Domain Board and
Appointing New Domain Board
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the
Whangamata Domain Board, and further, appoints
The Member of the Thames County Council representing
the Tairua Riding, ex officio,
Kenneth Egmont Bentley,
Henry Geddes,
Charles Given,
Noel Edward Jones,
Allan Reginald Patrick Phillips,
Greville Spurgeon Smith,
Albert Walter Harry Turner, and
Ronald Owen Willetts
to be the Whangamata Domain Board to have control of the
reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the pro-
visions of the said Act, as a public domain.
