Appointing the Christchurch City Council to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Christchurch City Council to control and manage the reserves described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a recreation and municipal reserve.

Appointment of Himatangi Beach Domain Board Revoked and Manawatu County Council Appointed Domain Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Himatangi Beach Domain Board, and further, appoints the Manawatu County Council to be the Himatangi Beach Domain Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a public domain.
