PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the portion of street described in the Schedule hereto.

Situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland B.D. (S.O. 38899.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145832 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as provisional State forest land.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, Buller County, containing by admeasurement 430 acres 2 roods 30 perches, more or less, and being Section 2, Block X, Oparara Survey District. As the same is shown on plan No. 101/30, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 6342.)

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the provisional State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—ROTORUA CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Matamata County, containing by admeasurement 1,930 acres, more or less, and being Section 60, Selwyn Settlement, situated in Block I, Tapapa East Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 29/12 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 13880.)

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of March 1955.

Boundaries of the Taupiri Drainage and River District Altered

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 22nd day of February 1955
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. K. J. HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS, pursuant to section 3 of the Land Drainage Act 1908, a petition was presented to the Governor-General praying that a certain area of land be included in the Taupiri Drainage and River District:
And whereas, pursuant to section 15 of the Local Government Commission Act 1953, the said petition was referred to the Local Government Commission:
And whereas, pursuant to the Local Government Commission Act 1953, the Local Government Commission has approved as final a scheme bearing date the 22nd day of July 1954 providing for the inclusion of the area described in the Schedule to the said scheme in the Taupiri Drainage and River District:
And whereas it is deemed expedient to give effect to the final scheme and to make supplementary provisions for the purposes of the district hereby altered:
Now, therefore, pursuant to the Local Government Commission Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares:

That as on and from the 1st day of April 1955 the area described in the First Schedule hereto shall be included in the Taupiri Drainage and River District.

That the boundaries of the Taupiri Drainage and River District as so altered shall be as defined in the Second Schedule hereto.
-
That the alteration of boundaries of the said district hereinbefore made shall be deemed to have been effected under the Land Drainage Act 1908.

AREA INCLUDED IN THE TAUPIRI DRAINAGE AND RIVER DISTRICT
ALL that area in Blocks X and XIV, Komakoran Survey District, situated in the Waikato County in the South Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 154 acres 3 roods 20 perches, more or less, being Lot 10 on Deposited Plan 11006, being parts of Allotments 108, 120, 121, 121A, and 122A, Parish of Kirikiriroa, and part of the Loan and Mercantile Grant.
