(11) All that area of land containing 62 acres, more or less,
at Coutts Island, in the Land District of Canterbury, vested
in the North Canterbury Catchment Board, and being parts
of Rural Sections 2208, 2272, 2383, 2384, and a portion of
closed road situated in Block II of the Christchurch Survey
District, as shown on plan marked I.A. 46/16/25 deposited in
the Head Office of the Department of Internal Affairs at
Wellington, and as may be further defined by the erection of
white-painted posts.

(12) All that area in the Canterbury Land District, bounded
by a line commencing at the south-eastern corner of the inter-
section of Blake’s Road and Belfast Road; thence easterly
generally along Belfast Road to its intersection with Crawfords
Road; thence southerly along Crawfords Road a distance of
2038 links to its intersection with an unnamed road; thence
westerly a distance of 500 links along the unnamed road;
thence southerly a distance of 50 links along the western
boundary of the said unnamed road; thence easterly a distance
of 1450 links along the northern boundary of Lots 5 and 6,
Deposited Plan 593, to the north-eastern boundary of the said
Lot 6; thence southerly a distance of 1815 links along the
eastern boundary of the said Lot 6 to the south-eastern
boundary thereof; thence north-westerly along the southern
boundary of the said Lot 6 and Lot 5, Deposited Plan 593,
a distance of 2770 links to the north-western boundary of Lot 19,
Deposited Plan 699; thence southerly a distance of 2021·4
links along the eastern boundary of the said Lot 19 to
Radcliffe Road; thence westerly along Radcliffe Road to its
intersection with Blake’s Road; thence northerly generally
along Blake’s Road to its intersection with Belfast Road,
the commencing point, being the property of the Canterbury Frozen
Meat Co. Ltd., Belfast, and as may be further defined by the
erection of white-painted posts.

(13) All that area of land in the Canterbury Land District
known as the Washpen and bounded by a line commencing at
the intersection of the Waikari–Reefton State Highway No. 72
and the Waikari–Waitohi Main Highway No. 143; thence
south-westerly along the northern side of the Waikari–Waitohi
Main Highway No. 143 and bounding Lot 1, D.P. 5471,
occupied by Mr F. G. Forrester, for a distance of 6920·4
links; thence continuing along the northern side of the said
main highway for a distance of 962 links and bounding part
R.S. 7540, D.P. 1525 the property of Mr D. J. Cunningham
and Mr R. Stewart; thence in a north-westerly direction
through the said R.S. 7540, D.P. 1525, and Lot 2, D.P. 11568,
owned and occupied by Mr H. N. Gilbert, for a distance of
6250 links to Gilberts Road; thence along this southern side
of Gilberts Road in an easterly direction for 11943·15 links to
the intersection of Gilberts Road and the Waikari–Reefton
State Highway No. 72; thence along the western side of the
Waikari–Reefton State Highway No. 72, in a southerly
direction for a distance of 1414·5 links to the intersection of
the Waikari–Reefton State Highway No. 72 and the
Waikari–Waitohi Main Highway No. 143, the point of com-
mencement, and as may be further defined by the erection of
white-painted posts.

(14) All that area of land, being part Sections 14 and 15,
Blocks 8 and 12, in the Skidlow Survey District, known as
Horseshoe Lake, on Glynn Wye Station, owned by Edward
Percy Harold Burbury, and commencing at a point being the
eastern end of Kakapo Brook Bridge on State Highway No.
72 and proceeding in a southerly and easterly direction along
the southern side of State Highway No. 72 for a distance of
5538·5 links; thence in a southerly direction for a distance of
1250 links; thence in a westerly direction for a distance of
3250 links; thence in a northerly direction along the east bank
of Kakapo Brook for a distance of 5506 links to the eastern
end of Kakapo Brook Bridge on State Highway No. 72, the
point of commencement and as may be further defined by the
erection of white-painted posts.

(15) All that area containing 38 acres, more or less,
situated in Block II, Selwyn Survey District, being the bed of
the stream forming the northern boundary of Rural Section
3325, commencing at the Western Side of Ridgen’s Road and
proceeding westerly to a point 5 chains above the springs, a
total distance of 38 chains, more or less, together with a strip
of land 5 chains in width on both sides of the said stream,
being parts of Rural Sections 3325, 22385, 13932, 19005, and
8310–8315 inclusive, being the property of Mr E. J. Ridgen,
Greendale, and as may be further defined by the erection of
white-painted posts.

(16) All that area situated in Block XII, Grey Survey
District, containing by admeasurement 599 acres 30 perches,
more or less, being, firstly, Lot 3, Deposited Plan 5691, being
parts Rural Sections 3197, 3785, and 3824, all certificate of
title, Volume 349, folio 126; and secondly, Lot 3 and part
Lot 6, Deposited Plan 2818, being Rural Section 3725 and
parts Rural Sections 3197, 3785, 3884, 4058, 4327, 4340, 5605,
and part Lot 19, Reserve 2640, all certificate of title, Volume
349, folio 79; and thirdly, Lot 1, Deposited Plan 7538, being
Rural Section 3997, all certificate of title, Volume 504, folio
296, being the property of Mr J. M. B. Starkey, Amberley,
and as may be further defined by the erection of white-painted
posts.

(17) All that area situated in Block XII, Rangiora Survey
District, containing by admeasurement 89 acres 5·2 perches,
more or less, being firstly, Lot 1, Deposited Plan 10458, being
part Rural Section 1104, all certificate of title, Volume 440,
folio 8; and secondly, parts Rural Sections 1104, 2693, and
22393, all certificate of title, Volume 440, folio 9, excepting
thereout Lot 1, Deposited Plan 16992, being the property of
Mr H. F. Barker, Woodend, and as may be further defined
by the erection of white-painted posts.

(18) The Heathcote River and all its tributaries from the
Lincoln Road Bridge to the Ferry Road Bridge.

OTAGO ACCLIMATIZATION DISTRICT

(1) The lagoon known as Tomahawk Lagoon (Otago Penin-
sula).

(2) The property of (1. S. Bennett and W. A. Bennett as
follows:
Part Section 3A, Dunean Settlement, Block VIII, Dunedin
and East Taieri Survey District, Lots 32 and 33, Township
of Brighton View (Plan 2643), and being part of Section
52 and closed road, Block VIII, Dunedin and East Taieri
District, and including that portion of the stream known
as Taylors Creek, between the bridge and the sea.

(3) Sections part 1, 2, and 3, Block XV, East Taieri Survey
District, the property of Mr L. C. Hazlett.

(4) The lake known as the Blue Lake on the property of
Miss B. Scherp, part Block II, St. Bathan’s Survey District.

(5) Section 2, Block III, Serpentine Survey District. Occu-
pied by Mr J. Neil Aitken, Glenayr, Paeran, Styx District.

ROTORUA ACCLIMATIZATION DISTRICT

(1) Lake Rototiti.

(2) Lake Rotoaira and the land within one mile of the shore
of the lake.

(3) Lake Rotokawa and a strip of land one-quarter of a mile
surrounding the said lake.

(4) All that portion of Lake Rotorua inside a line running
due east from the most northern point of Rotorua Wharf to a
point 200 yards from and due north of Motutara Point; thence
in a straight line to Motutara Point.

(5) Part of Section 4 and all of Section 5, Block VII, Opo-
tiki Survey District, containing 87 acres, and being the pro-
perty of Mrs A. M. Gaskill, of Wai-oeka.

(6) Section 48, Apanui Settlement, containing 57 acres, and
being the property of Mr F. C. Butt.

(7) Section 18, Apanui Settlement, containing 83 acres, and
being the property of Mr T. M. Davis.

(8) Section 5, Apanui Settlement, containing 57 acres, and
being the property of Mr A. J. W. Kemp.

(9) That portion of Opho Block, Wairoa, Block V, Nuhaka
Survey District, lying between the Wairoa–Gisborne Road and
the sea, being an area of approximately 350 acres, the property
of T. W. O. Tomblson, Esquire.

(10) All that area in the Whakatane County, situated in
Blocks VII and VIII, Waimana Survey District, containing by
admeasurement 248 acres 1 rood and 19 perches, more or less,
being Waimana Nos. 1b 4c 2, 1b 1b 2b 1, 1b 1b 2b 2, and 1b 1b
2b 3 Blocks, being the property of R. F. Wardlaw, Esquire.

(11) Block 14, southern portion Lot 14, and Sections 1 and
2, Waimana Parish, containing approximately 263 acres, being
the property of H. H. Smith, Esquire.

(12) All that area in the Gisborne Land District situated in
Block XIX, Waikaremoana Survey District, and Blocks III and
IV, Waiau Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at
a point on the right bank of the Waikaretaheke River where it
is intersected by the south-eastern boundary of Section 4,
Block I, Waiau Survey District; thence south-easterly along
the said right bank of the Waikaretaheke River to a point in
line with the southern boundary of the forest reserve; thence
easterly across the said Waikaretaheke River and along the
southern boundary of part Section 5, Block IV, Waiau Survey
District; thence southerly and generally south-easterly along
the western boundary of the said part Section 5 to the left
bank of the said Waikaretaheke River; thence north-westerly
along the left bank of the said river to a point in line with
the northern boundary of Part I, Te Kopani Native Reserve
(Plan S.O. 4113); thence north-westerly across the said Wai-
karetaheke River, to and along the said northern boundary of
Part I, Te Kopani Native Reserve, to a public road; thence
along the north side of the said public road, to and across
the said Waikaretaheke River to its left bank; thence con-
tinuing in a north-westerly direction along the said left bank
of the Waikaretaheke River to a point in line with the western
boundary of a river-bank reserve; thence south-easterly across
the said Waikaretaheke River, to and along the said western
boundary of the river-bank reserve, to and along the northern
boundary of part Section 5, Block III, Waiau Survey District,
to the north side of Lake House Road; thence south-westerly
along the north side of the aforesaid road to the northern
boundary of part Section 5, Block III, Waiau Survey District;
thence north-westerly along the said northern boundary of part
Section 5 to the north side of the Lake House Road aforesaid;
thence continuing north-westerly along the north side of the
said road to the most southerly corner of Section 4, Block I,
Waiau Survey District; thence north-easterly along the south-
eastern boundary of the said Section 4 to the point of com-
mencement. All the above area, excluding therefrom the Kai-
tawa Sanctuary as described in Gazette No. 23 of 26 March
1931, page 716.

(13) Parts of Sections 1 to 3 and all of Section 30, con-
taining 204 acres 31 perches; part of Sections 3, 4, 28, and 29,
containing 72 acres 2 roods, and all of Section 33, containing
20 acres, all in Waioeka Parish, Block VII, Opotiki Survey
District, and being the property of Mr J. J. Murray, Waioeka
Road, Opotiki.

(14) Section 78, Apanui Settlement, Waioeka, Opotiki, con-
taining 52 acres, and being the property of Mr K. Sillich.

(15) Section 38, Apanui Settlement, Waioeka, Opotiki, con-
taining 76 acres, and being the property of Mr W. Carey.
