(1) All that area in the County of Akaroa, situated in the Akaroa and Ellesmere Survey Districts, Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 1,540 acres, more or less, being the lake known as Lake Forsyth, including all roads fronting on the shores of the said lake; and all those reserves in the said county and survey districts numbered 3186, 3187, 3185, 2903, 890, and 157, excluding therefrom Native Reserve 385 adjoining Lake Forsyth, and those portions of R.S. 2474, 4804, and 6012, being the flat land adjoining Okute and Little River Streams and Lake Forsyth.

(2) Ahuriri Lagoon: All that area of land in the Canterbury Land District situated in Block X, Halswell Survey District, in the Counties of Springs and Halswell, containing approximately 615 acres, being Rural Sections 11107, the property of Misses A. and M. S. Welsh, and 31239, part Rural Section 3319, the property of Mr D. Mora, part Reserve 3598, including Lots 1 and 2, and Lots 4 to 11, inclusive, leased by the North Canterbury Catchment Board, Crown land and road reserves. Commencing at the north-western corner of Rural Section 11167 on the eastern boundary of Burke’s Drain and Road Reserve and proceeding in an easterly direction along the northern boundaries of Rural Section 11167 and Reserve 3598 to the south-eastern corner of Rural Section 11165; thence easterly in a straight line crossing Reserve 3598 to the south-eastern corner of Rural Section 11766; thence easterly along the northern boundaries of Reserve 3598 and Rural Section 31239 to the north-eastern corner of Rural Section 31239 at the western side of the Christchurch-Akaroa Main Highway; thence southerly, south-easterly, and easterly along the said highway and crossing road reserve, the old course of the Halswell River, and road reserve to the south-east side of the road reserve along the south bank of the old course of the Halswell River; thence south-westerly along the south-east side of the said road reserve to the eastern side of the road reserve on the eastern bank of the Halswell Canal; thence south-easterly by a straight line across the said road reserve and the Halswell Canal to the southern boundary of Reserve 3598 on the western bank of the said Halswell Canal; thence generally westerly along the southern boundary of Reserve 3598 and across Matthews Road and continuing along the southern boundary of Reserve 3598 to the south-eastern side of Davidsons Road; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern side of Davidsons Road to the southern bank of the Halswell River;

thence by a straight line across the Halswell River to the eastern boundary of Burke’s Drain and Road Reserve on the northern bank of the Halswell River; thence northerly along the eastern boundary of Burke’s Drain and Road Reserve to the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked No. 2 and deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Internal Affairs at Wellington, and thereon bordered red, and as may be further defined by the erection of white-painted posts.

(3) Cheviot or St. Anne’s Lagoon: Those parts of St. Anne’s Lagoon (commonly known as Cheviot Lagoon) situated on part Section 27, Block IV, and parts Sections 1 and 4, Block VII, Cheviot Survey District, together with a strip of land 150 ft. in width along the margins thereof as may be further defined by the erection of white-painted posts. On the remainder of this lagoon and land adjoining (being Reserve 3146) shooting is prohibited as it is a reserve pursuant to the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928.

(4) R.S. 1352, 1269, part 1439, Block X, Rangiora Survey District, comprising 71 acres, and part R.S. 1462, Block X, Rangiora Survey District, comprising 77 acres 1 rood 17 perches, situated at Southbrook, being the property of Donaghys Rope and Twine Co. Ltd., and as may be further defined by the erection of white-painted posts.

(5) All that area in the Canterbury Land District, bounded by a line commencing at the south-western corner of Rural Section 17571; thence north-easterly generally along Fairweather Road, Harpers Road, and Dixons Road to the northern boundary of Reserve 3415; thence along that boundary to a point due west of the easternmost corner of Rural Section 14341; thence along a right line to that point; thence westerly generally along the road forming the southern boundary of that section and of Rural Section 5785 to Heywards Road; thence north-westerly along Heywards Road to its intersection with the south-eastern boundary of Reserve 3415; thence south-westerly generally along that boundary to a point in line with the southern boundary of Rural Section 17571; thence to and along that boundary to the south-western corner of the said Section 1751, the point of commencement being the property of Mr G. F. Dixon, Clarkville, and as may be further defined by the erection of white-painted posts.

(6) That portion of the Weka Stream flowing through or bounding the properties of Messrs E. C. S. Murchison, C. H. Bethell, L. W. Ferguson, D. Antill, R. G. Forbes, F. J. Bain, E. C. Topp, and Estate of R. B. Johnson, in the Waikari Survey District.

(7) All that area in the Canterbury Land District, being Rural Sections 4300, 4357, 4591, 4592, and 5235, situated in Block XVI, Waipara Survey District, being part of the property of Mr E. C. S. Murchison, and as may be further defined by the erection of white-painted posts.

(8) All that area in the Canterbury Land District, situated in Mytholm, Lake Sumner, Marion, Saddle, Minchin, Katrine, and Noble Survey Districts, known as the Lakes Station, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the junction of the north branch of the Hurunui River and the Sisters Stream; thence by the left bank of the aforesaid north branch of the Hurunui River in a north-westerly direction to Lake Sumner; thence by a right line in a northerly direction to the summit of Mount Longfellow; thence by a right line in a north-westerly direction to the most northern point of Lake Marion; thence by a line parallel to and one mile on the north side of Lake Sumner and the Hurunui River to the summit of the Southern Alps; thence south along the aforesaid Southern Alps to a point one mile on the south side of Harpers Pass; thence by a line parallel to and one mile south of the Hurunui River, Lake Sumner, the Canal, Loch Katrine, the Dray Road, Lake Taylor, to a point one mile due south of Trig. Station T in Noble Survey District; thence from the last-named point in an easterly direction to Dog Hill; thence by a right line to the point of commencement: save and excepting from the above-described area Rural Section 33973, Lake Sheppard, and a strip of land 11 chains wide surrounding the said Lake Sheppard.
