Classification of Roads in Stratford Borough
—
PURSUANT to subclause (6) of regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1950 (as substituted by regulation 4 (1) of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1950, Amendment No. 8), the Commission of Transport hereby revokes that part of the Warrant dated the 23rd day of November 1954* relating to the classification in Class Two of a portion of Miranda Street situated in Stratford Borough, and with the concurrence of the Stratford Borough Council hereby alters the said Council’s proposed classification of the road described in the Schedule hereto and situated in Stratford Borough, and hereby approves such altered classification as described in the said Schedule.
