Notice to Persons Affected by Applications for Licences Under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act 1936
Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor Spirit
D. Gilmour, 28 Oxford Street, Dunedin, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at 28 Oxford Street, Dunedin.
G. P. Stephens, 778 Great South Road, Penrose, Auckland, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at 778 Great South Road, Penrose, Auckland.
Dunford Washmobile Ltd., 217 Gloucester Street, Christchurch, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump to be installed on car valet premises at corner Gloucester and Madras Streets, Christchurch.
Moeller and Betts Ltd., Beach Road, Paraparaumu Beach, has applied for permission to change the retail selling point of two pumps from present position at Beach Road, Paraparaumu Beach, approximately ¼ mile to stand on new premises at corner McLean and Seaview Roads, Paraparaumu Beach.
Wright Stephenson and Co. Ltd., The Crescent, Invercargill, has applied for permission to change the retail selling point of two pumps from present position outside garage premises in Wood Street, nearly ½ mile to stand inside new garage premises in Dee Street, Invercargill, the number of pumps will be reduced from three to two.
Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications should, not later than 3 March 1955, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender. All communications should be addressed to Secretary, Bureau of Industry, C.P.O. Box 2492, Wellington.

Notice of Vesting of Land in the Public Trustee Under the Public Trust Office Act 1908 (Part II) (Unclaimed Lands)
WHEREAS I, the undersigned, the Public Trustee, have for the purposes of Part II of the Public Trust Office Act 1908 (relating to unclaimed lands) made due inquiry with respect to the lands described in the Schedule hereunder and the whereabouts of the owner of a one-half share therein described in the certificates of title therefor as Hazel Flora Martinac, Wife of Ivan Martinac, of Palmerston North, Settler, and have, in respect of the said half share in the said lands, given the notices prescribed by section 66 of that Act, and have in all respects complied with the provisions of that Act pertinent thereto:
And whereas the owner has not established her title to the said half share in the said lands as required by that Act, I hereby give notice that the said half share in the said lands is under and by virtue of that Act vested in the Public Trustee as aforesaid as from the date of the publication hereof, and will be administered under the Public Trust Office Act 1908, the value of the said half share in the said lands for the purposes of section 67 (d) of that Act being in all less than five hundred pounds (£500).
