A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a Maori School (teacher's residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of February 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 39·68 perches.
Being part of Nuhaka Agricultural Section 18 and part Lots 46 and 47, D.P. 1955, being part of Nuhaka Agricultural Section 18.
Situated in Block IX, Nuhaka Survey District (Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2723.)
In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 142210, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of January 1954.

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes, subject as to the land in certificate of title, Volume 151, folio 146 (Taranaki Land Registry), to batter and incidental rights created by Memoranda of Transfer Nos. 85577 and 88637 (Taranaki Land Registry), and subject also to the building-line restrictions imposed by Order in Council No. 1859 and Memorandum of Acceptance No. W. 6739 (Taranaki Land Registry); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of February 1954.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 20 acres 2 roods 28·76 perches.
