Rezone as residential district and reserve that portion of Section 54, Suburban South District, in C.T. 49/199, shown as 'Rural' on the Map No. 3 of the principal scheme and situated between the State highway and Suffolk Road.

Rezone as residential district Lot 1, D.P. 2059, being part Section 16, Suburban South District, an area previously zoned as 'Rural' and situated in lower Scotia Street.

Rezone as industrial district from 'Residential' and 'Rural' part of Section 83, Block III, Waimea Survey District, situated in Parkers Road.
Any owner or occupier of rateable property in the area covered by the above scheme may, by notice in writing addressed to the Waimea County Council, give notice of objection and of the grounds thereof at any time on or before the 21st day of March 1955.
The scheme may be inspected by the public at the office of the Waimea County Council, Trafalgar Street, Nelson, without fee, at any time when the Council's Office is open to the public.

Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Companies Act 1933 that by special resolution duly passed by the above-named company on the 14th day of December 1954 it was resolved, in pursuance of an agreement for amalgamation as follows:
'That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that William Douglas Liggins, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the company for the purpose of such winding-up.'
All persons or companies having claims against the company are required to send full particulars to the undersigned on or before 31 January 1955 otherwise they may be excluded from participation in any distribution of assets.

PETONE AND LOWER HUTT GAS BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act 1926 and the Petone and Lower Hutt Gas Amendment Act 1954, and of all other powers it thereunto enabling, the Petone and Lower Hutt Gas Board doth hereby resolve as follows:
'That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £85,000, authorized to be raised by the Board under the Petone and Lower Hutt Gas Amendment Act 1954, the Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of forty-one one hundredths of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable properties in the Borough of Petone and the City of Lower Hutt; and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and shall be payable yearly on the 31st day of March in each and every year during the currency of such loan or until the loan is fully repaid.'
We, the undersigned, hereby certify that the above is a true copy of the resolution entered in the minute book of the Petone and Lower Hutt Gas Board, and passed at the meeting of the Board on 16 December 1954.

CHANGE OF NAME OF COMPANY
NOTICE is hereby given that 'Clutha Valley Haulage Limited' has changed its name to 'Clutha Valley Lime and Gravel Limited', and that the new name was this day entered on my Register in place of the former name.

PAPATOETOE BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act 1926, the Papatoetoe Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
'That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £37,000, authorized to be raised by the Papatoetoe Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for widening, shaping, and sealing streets in the area added to the borough on 1 April 1950, the said Papatoetoe Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 61/100 (sixty-one hundredths) of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Borough of Papatoetoe; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the first day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of sixteen years, or until the loan is fully paid off.'

TAWA FLAT BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Water and Sewerage Loan
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act 1926, the Tawa Flat Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
'That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of two hundred and seventy thousand seven hundred pounds (£270,700), authorized to be raised by the Tawa Flat Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of carrying out water and sewerage reticulation within Tawa Flat, the said Tawa Flat Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of sixpence halfpenny (6½d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (being the unimproved value) of all rateable property of the Tawa Flat Borough District, comprising the whole of the said borough district, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan or until the loan is fully paid off.'
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of a resolution passed by the Tawa Flat Borough Council at an ordinary meeting held on the 15th day of December 1954.

WAIMEA ELECTRIC POWER BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
N pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act 1926, the Waimea Electric Power Board hereby resolves as follows:
'That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £12,500, known as Housing Loan 1954, authorized to be raised by the Waimea Electric Power Board under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of erecting four staff houses, the said Waimea Electric Power Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-fiftieth of one penny (1/50d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the Waimea Electric Power District; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty years, or until the loan is fully paid off.'
