Land in the North Auckland Land District Acquired as Permanent State Forest Land
NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL those areas in the North Auckland Land District, Hokianga County, containing by admeasurement 351 acres 3 roods 39 perches, more or less, and described as follows:
All that area containing 52 acres 2 roods 35 perches, more or less, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan No. 40603, being part of Pukahu No. 1 Block, situated in Block III, Mangamuka Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1113, folio 170.
Also all that area containing 141 acres 1 rood 29 perches, more or less, being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan No. 40603, being part of Pukahu No. 2B Block, situated in Block III, Mangamuka Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1113, folio 171 (subject to water easement).
Also all that area containing 157 acres 3 roods 15 perches, more or less, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan No. 40604, being part of Ahutoatoa Block, situated in Blocks III and IV, Mangamuka Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1083, folio 240.
As the same are more particularly delineated on plans Nos. 5/68 and 5/69, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
