Administration of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 in Bruce County (Notice No. Ag. 5805)

PURSUANT to the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Director-General of Agriculture, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said Act, hereby publishes the following resolution passed by the Bruce County Council on the 8th day of December 1954.

RESOLUTION

‘THAT the Council hereby resolves to assume responsibility for the administration of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 as from 1 April 1955.’
