All that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the left bank of the Wairoa River in Block V, Tokatoka Survey District, in line with the middle of the public road forming the south-eastern boundary of Allotment 5, Arapohue Parish, and running northerly and then easterly up the left bank of that river, to the middle of the Manganui River in Block X, Maungaru Survey District; thence southerly along the western boundary of the Omana Riding as hereinbefore described, to a point in Block II, Tokatoka Survey District, in line with the north-western boundary of Allotment 43 of the aforementioned parish; thence south-westerly along a right line to and along that north-western boundary, and along another right line to a point in the middle of the public road forming the eastern boundary of the northern portion of Allotment 24, in line with the northern boundary of Allotment 36; thence southerly and then south-westerly along the middle of the public road forming the western boundaries of Allotments 36 and 35 to and along right lines midway between the north-western and south-eastern boundaries of Allotment 22A, and the northern and southern boundaries of Allotment 21A, to and along the middle of the public road forming the northern boundary of the north-western portion of Allotment 25, the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of the north-eastern portion of Allotment 12, and the north-western boundaries of Lots 2, 3, 4, and 7 on D.P. 11431, being parts of Allotments N.W. 2, 2A, N.E. 3, 4, S.E. 11, N.W. 11, and S.W. 12, the aforesaid allotments all being of Arapohue Parish aforementioned, and along a right line being the middle line of the last-mentioned road produced to the point of commencement.

Redefining Boundaries of the Borough of Manurewa, the County of Manukau, and the Papakura and Papatoetoe Ridings of the County of Manukau

PURSUANT to section 147 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1933, the Minister of Internal Affairs hereby defines, as set out in the Schedule hereto, the boundaries of the Borough of Manurewa, the County of Manukau, and the Papakura and Papatoetoe Ridings of the County of Manukau, the previous boundaries having been altered by Order in Council dated the 23rd day of February 1954 and published in Gazette, 25 February 1954, No. 13, page 289.

SCHEDULE

BOUNDARIES OF THE BOROUGH OF MANUREWA

ALL that area of approximately 1,545 acres in the North Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the southern boundary of Lot 13 on D.P. 28571, being part of Clendon's Grant in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District, in line with the north-eastern boundary of Lot 50 on D.P. 4436, being part of Clendon's Grant aforesaid in Block XIII, Otahuhu Survey District, and running north-easterly generally along the said southern boundary to the North Island Main Trunk Railway, and along a right line across that railway in the direction of the south-western corner of that part of Clendon's Grant aforementioned, shown on D.P. 23201, to the north-eastern side of the aforesaid railway; All that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the North Island Main Trunk Railway in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, in line with the northern side of Portage Road, and running southerly generally along the middle of that railway to the right bank of the stream forming the northern boundary of Lot 12 on D.P. Whau 87, being part Fairburn's Grant; thence north-easterly generally down that right bank, and the right bank of the Tamaki River, to East Tamaki Head (Musick Point); thence south-easterly generally along the shores of the Hauraki Gulf to the mouth of the Puwhenua Stream in Block II, Wharekawa Survey District; thence westerly generally up the middle of the said Puwhenua Stream to a point in line with the northern boundary of Wharekawa No. 5c Block, and along a right line to and along that boundary, and along the northern boundaries of Wharekawa No. 5B North Nos. 8, 2, and 1 Blocks, the eastern boundaries of Allotments 102 and 101, and the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Allotment 100, the said Allotments being of Otahu Parish, to and along the northern side of the public road forming the generally southern and south-eastern boundaries of Allotments 95 and 96, to and along the northern boundaries of Allotments 97A and 97, and along a
