Pursuant to section 15 of the Royal New Zealand Air Force Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to approve the following appointments, transfer, extensions of commissions, resignation, and cancellation of commission of officers of the Royal New Zealand Air Force.

Extensions of Commissions
Flight Lieutenant Clifford Ralph Miller (70180) is granted an extension of his commission for a period of two years. Dated 3 February 1955.
Flying Officer Arthur Tompkins (130255) is granted an extension of his commission for a period of two years. Dated 11 August 1954.
Resignation of Commission
Pilot Officer Desmond Charles Emett (73208) resigns his commission. Dated 27 October 1954.

Cancellation of Commission
Special Duties Division
The commission of Pilot Officer Brian Alan Lloyd Beedell (75044) is cancelled. Dated 8 October 1954.
EDUCATION BRANCH
The notice in the Gazette, 30 September 1954, No. 57, page 1522, in so far as it relates to 'William Henry Rogers', is hereby amended to read '1 September 1954' in lieu of '31 August 1954'.

REGULAR SECTION
Extension of Commission

Appointment
Bruce Carncross Turnbull, B.Sc., M.B., Ch.B. (133915), is granted a commission in the Administrative and Supply Branch (Special Duties Division), Reserve of Air Force Officers, for a period of four years with the rank of Acting Pilot Officer, and with seniority as from date of appointment. Dated 3 May 1954.
Transfer
Flight Lieutenant William Davenport Brown, D.F.C. (70260), is transferred from the Administrative and Supply Branch (Special Duties Division), Regular Air Force, to the Reserve of Air Force Officers for a period of four years. Dated 15 November 1954.
