Classification of Roads in Raglan County
Pursuant to subclause (10) of regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor-vehicle Regulations 1950 (as substituted by regulation 4 (1) of the Heavy Motor-vehicle Regulations 1950, Amendment No. 8), the Commissioner of Transport hereby revokes that portion of the Warrant dated the 11th day of August 1950* insofar as it applies to the classification in Class Three of the roads described in the Schedule hereto, and hereby approves the Raglan County Council's proposed variation in the classification of the said roads set out in the Schedule hereto.

Pukekohe-Glen Murray via Tuakau Main Highway No. 321 (that portion from Tuakau Bridge to Chapman's Road).

Horotiu - Whatawhata - Te Rore Main Highway No. 521 (that portion from the Hamilton-Raglan Main Highway to Godfrey's Road).
Huntly-Rotowaro via Waikokowai Main Highway No. 887.
Kauroa-Kawhia Main Highway No. 888 (that portion from the Hamilton-Raglan Main Highway to Aotea Road (Martyn's Corner)).

Notice Under Section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953
Pursuant to section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953, the Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that a list of unclaimed moneys, dated the 17th day of November 1954, derived from the Waiariki Maori Land Court District, and held by him, has been filed in the Office of the Registrar of the Maori Land Court at:
Auckland,
Rotorua,
Gisborne,
Wanganui and
Wellington,
where the same may be inspected during office hours without payment of fee.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Waiapu Development Scheme)
Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette the land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 30 June 1933 and published in the Gazette on 13 July 1933, page 1902.
