THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Malvern County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road permitted to be stopped: 1 acre 1 rood 17.9 perches.
Adjoining Sections 4 and 5, Reserve 1600.
Situated in Block V, Hawkins Survey District, Canterbury R.D. (S.O. 8694.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145031 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
