Defining the Middle-lines of the Avondale-Rosebank Section
of the Avondale-Pollen Island Railway

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the middle-lines of the Avondale-Rosebank section of the
Avondale-Pollen Island Railway shall be those defined and
set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
Commencing at points marked 4 miles 58 chains 70 links and
4 miles 79 chains 70 links on the existing Kaipara-Waikato
Railway, and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction
generally for a distance of approximately 1 mile 45 chains
30 links, passing in, into, through, or over the following lands,
etc., viz: Lot 102, D.P. 19855 (C.T. 736/104); Lot 95 (C.T.
709/394), Lot 94 (C.T. 810/63), Lot 93 (C.T. 900/182),
Lot 92 (C.T. 971/219), of D.P. 18277; Lot 1, D.P. 40792
(C.T. 1085/73); part Allotment 58 (C.T. 539/221), part
Allotment 58 (C.T. 732/85), Titirangi Parish; Lot 220 (C.T.
456/175), Lot 219 (C.T. 711/28), Lot 218 (C.T. 669/4),
Lot 217 (C.T. 471/33), Lot 216 (C.T. 682/175), of D.P.
18398; part Lot 1, D.P. 16277 (C.T. 732/32); part Allotment
62, Titirangi Parish (C.T. 511/187); Lot 4, D.P. 16351 (C.T.
398/6); part Lot 71, D.P. 177 (C.T. 309/102); Lot 2, D.P.
37514 (C.T. 982/126); Lot 2 (C.T. 1063/300), Lot 1 (C.T.
1057/45), of D.P. 39736; part Lot 70 (C.T. 999/155), part
Lot 70 (C.T. 119/9), of D.P. 177; parts Auckland Harbour
(Auckland Harbour Development Act 1949); Lot 59,
D.P. 177 (C.T. 28/217); Lots 8, 7, 6, 4, and 3,
D.P. 40700 (C.T. 601/265); Lot 52, D.P. 177 (C.T.
409/47); Lot 3, D.P. 25787 (C.T. 665/238); and
terminating at the eastern boundary of Lot 54, D.P. 177,
being the line of commencement of the Middle-line Proclamation No. 13445 of the Rosebank Section of the Avondale-
Pollen Island Railway; including all adjoining and intervening
places, lands, reserves, roads, streets, tracks, lakes, rivers,
streams, and water-courses. All in the North Auckland Land
District. As the same are delineated on the plan marked
L.O. 13002 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railways Commission at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of November 1954.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line
of Portion of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in
Blocks II and VI, Otahuhu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4
of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the Proclamation dated 19 October 1949, published in the
Gazette of 27 October 1949, Volume III, page 2493, and
deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No.
12806, which Proclamation defines the middle line of portion
of the Auckland-Hamilton motorway in Blocks II and VI,
Otahuhu Survey District, is hereby revoked in so far as it
affects Lots 7, 8, 13, 14, 19 to 47 (both inclusive), D.P. 40592,
Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 17th day of November 1954.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line
of Portion of the Auckland-Kumeu Motorway in Blocks
XIV and XV, Waitemata Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4
of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the Proclamation dated 12 October 1949, published in
the Gazette of 13 October 1949, Volume III, page 2432, and
deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No.
12789, which Proclamation defines the middle line of portion
of the Auckland-Kumeu Motorway in Blocks XIV and XV,
Waitemata Survey District, is hereby revoked in so far as it
affects all that land being part land on D.P. 27417, and being
part Allotment 6, Parish of Waipareira, and being the balance
of the land comprised and described in certificate of title,
Volume 794, folio 111, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 17th day of November 1954.

Crown Land Set Apart for Housing Purposes in the Borough
of Kawerau

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of
November 1954.
SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the piece of Crown land set part: 473 acres.
Being Allotment 315, Matata Parish.
Situated in Block XIII, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District,
Borough of Kawerau, as shown on a plan deposited in the
office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland as No. 36540, South
Auckland Land District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 22nd day of November 1954.

Government in the Borough of Lawrence

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby set apart for public buildings of the General
Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 29th day of November 1954.
SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the public reserve set apart: 1 rood
8 perches.
Being Section 4, Block LXVI, Town of Lawrence.
Situated in the Borough of Lawrence.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
