Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes at Putaruru

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of November 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 acre 2 roods 34·4 perches.
Being Lots 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25, D.P. S. 2014, being part Section 97, Block VI, Patetere North Survey District, and being formerly part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1001, folio 146, Auckland Land Registry.
Situated in the Borough of Putaruru.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of November 1954.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Foxton - New Plymouth Railway.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land containing 37·72 perches, more or less, situated in the City of Wanganui, being part of Section 79, Left Bank Wanganui River, and being part of Lot 3 on D.P. 2564, and being the balance of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 306, folio 122, Wellington Registry.
Also, all that parcel of land containing 1 rood 8·88 perches, more or less, situated in the City of Wanganui, being part Section 79, Left Bank Wanganui River, and being also part of Lot 3 on D.P. 2564, and being the balance of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 321, folio 41, Wellington Registry.
