NORRIE, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant- General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of February 1954.

SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 0·17 perches. Being Lot 19, D.P. 14971, being part Town Section 596 and part Reserve 1267. Situated in the Borough of Waimate, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 590, folio 2 (Canterbury Land Registry).
