Notice Under Section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953
P URSUANT to section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953,
the Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that a list of
unclaimed moneys, dated the 7th day of October 1954, derived
from the Waiariki Maori Land Court District, and held by
him, has been filed in the office of the Registrar of the Maori
Land Court at
Auckland,
Rotorua,
Gisborne,
Wanganui, and
Wellington,
where the same may be inspected during office hours without
payment of fee.

for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump to be
installed on garage premises at Lake Road, Rotorua.
Hawkins and Wallbank, Hannah Street, Whangarei, have
applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump
to be installed on garage premises at Hannah Street,
Whangarei.
H. J. Parsons, Hastings Street, Ohai, has applied for a
licence to resell motor spirit from one pump to be installed
on taxi premises at Hastings Street, Ohai.

D. A. Pettigrew, Stafford Street, Hokitika, has applied
for a licence to resell motor spirit otherwise than through
pumps from premises of G. Butler and Son, Bruce Bay.
Checker Taxi Society, 73 Anglesea Street, Hamilton, has
applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump
already installed on taxi premises at 73 Anglesea Street,
Hamilton, sales to be restricted to owner-driver members of
the society.
Paraparaumu Motor Engineers Limited, Paraparaumu, has
applied for permission to take over the motor spirit retailer's
licence for two pumps from the Paraparaumu Co-operative
Dairy Co. Ltd., at dairy-factory premises, Ruapehu Street,
Paraparaumu, where a public repair garage has been
established.
J. H. and V. B. Tattersall, Donnelly's Crossing, have
applied for permission to change the retail selling point of
one pump approximately 150 yards to stand on new garage
premises on Dargaville-Opononi Highway, Donnelly's Crossing.
South End Service Station Limited, Rora Street, Te Kuiti,
has applied for permission to change the retail selling point
of three pumps from their present position at the kerbside
to stand near new garage building on the same section at
Rora Street, Te Kuiti.
Whatatawhata Stores Limited, Whatatawhata, has applied
for permission to change the retail selling point of
three pumps approximately 200 yards to stand at new store
and service-station premises at junction of Hamilton-Raglan
and Te Kowhai-Ngahinepouri Roads, Whatatawhata.
Applicants and other persons considering themselves
to be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of
Industry on these applications should, not later than 2
December 1954, submit any written evidence and representations
they may desire to tender. All communications should
be addressed to Secretary, Bureau of Industry, C.P.O. Box
2492, Wellington.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of Memorandum of Lease 1473,
Nelson Registry, in the names of WILLIAM UNWIN HERBATELLE COLE, of Nelson, Cycle Mechanic, and CHARLES VINCENT HIGGINS, formerly of Belgrove, Farmer, but late of Brightwater, Retired County Works Foreman (deceased),
for all that parcel of land containing 49 acres, being part of
Section 81, Square 4, and being part of the land in certificate
of title, Volume 92, folio 106, and application K. 3182 having
been made to me to register a transmission Z. 9599 of the said
lease to the said William Unwin Herbatelle Cole as survivor,
I hereby give notice of my intention to dispense with the
production of the outstanding duplicate of the said lease
under section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and to
register the said transmission on the expiration of fourteen
days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Registry Office, Nelson.
