Declaring Waiwera Domain to be a Recreation Reserve
Subject to Part II of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953
and Revoking the Reservation Over the said Land

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the Waiwera Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of that Act, and further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said land.

Changing the Purpose of Reserves in Canterbury Land District and Vesting in the South Canterbury Catchment Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserves described in the Schedule hereto from water-race conservation, river-conservation, and water-race protection purposes respectively to reserves for river control, and, further, vests the said reserves in the South Canterbury Catchment Board, in trust, for that purpose.
