The Waipukurau Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1954

PURSUANT to the Local Licensing Trusts Regulations 1949,* the Minister of Justice hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Waipukurau Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1954.

2. There is hereby constituted a local licensing Trust, to be called the Waipukurau Licensing Trust.

3. (1) The first election of members of the Trust shall be held on Saturday, the 27th day of November 1954.

(2) The Returning Officer for the first election of members of the Trust shall be Robert John Acklin, Town Clerk of the Waipukurau Borough Council.

4. The area within which polls shall be taken for elections of members of the Trust shall be the whole of the area within the boundaries of the Borough of Waipukurau as from time to time constituted.

5. The area within which the Trust may expend or distribute profits pursuant to subsection (1) of section 44 of the Licensing Trusts Act 1949 shall be the whole of the area within the boundaries of the Borough of Waipukurau as from time to time constituted.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 11) 1954

PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Import Control Regulations 1938,* the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:

1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 11) 1954.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 12th day of November 1954.

2. Goods of the class specified in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country other than the countries specified in the Second Schedule hereto, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

Tariff Item No.: Ex 239 (2).

Class of Goods: Inflatable rubber beach toys.

SECOND SCHEDULE

Declaring a Reserve to Form Part of Motutara Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain subject to the provisions of the said Act, to form part of the Motutara Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
