Revoking the Reservation Over Reserves in the Canterbury Land District
P URSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation for a site for public buildings over the reserve firstly described in the Schedule hereto, and revokes the reservation for a gravel pit over the reserve secondly described therein.

Revoking the Reservation Over a Reserve in Westland Land District
P URSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation for scenic purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Declaring Land to Form Part of Hector Domain
P URSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain subject to the provisions of the said Act, to form part of the Hector Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
P URSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the persons hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provision shall apply:
A motor driverβs licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940 to the persons described in Column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorize them to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of their employment for the employers described in Column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorize them while they are under the age of eighteen years to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

Approval of Direction Indicators for Motor Vehicles
P URSUANT to regulation 10 (6) of the Traffic Regulations 1936, the Minister of Transport hereby approves for use on motor vehicles in terms of regulation 10 (2) of the said regulations direction indicators of the type specified in the Schedule hereto.

FLASHING-LIGHT direction indicators complying with the requirements of regulation 15 (3) (c) of the Traffic Regulations 1936.

Approval of Direction Indicators for Motor Vehicles
P URSUANT to regulation 10 (6) of the Traffic Regulations 1936, the Minister of Transport hereby approves for use on motor vehicles in terms of regulation 10 (2) and regulation 15 (4) of the said regulations direction indicators of the makes specified in the Schedule hereto, and samples of which have been inspected by the Transport Department and are described and illustrated in a brochure held by that Department.

Declaring Trailer Units Forming Part of Multi-axled Motor Vehicles to be Trailers
P URSUANT to subsection (1) of section 2 of the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby determines that the vehicles specified in the Schedule hereto, forming part of multi-axled vehicles as defined by section 2 of the said Act, shall be deemed to be trailers.
