Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street off Gerse Street, in the City of Wanganui, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 15 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1953 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes the Wanganui City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 144596, referred to in the Schedule hereto, within a distance of 20 ft. from the said street.

SCHEDULE

THAT proposed street in the Wellington Land District, City of Wanganui, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 15 perches, more or less, being part Lot 5, D.P. 3102, and part Lot 14, D.P. 734, being part Section 62, Left Bank Wanganui River.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 144596 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 15 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1953 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes the Whangarei Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 50 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 144661, referred to in the said Schedule, within a distance of 58 ft. from the centre-line of the said street.

SCHEDULE

THAT proposed street in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Whangarei, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 34 perches, more or less, being part Lot 1, D.P. 12135, being part Allotment 2, Parish of Whangarei.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 144661 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Authorizing the Laying-off of Streets off Maratahu Street in the City of New Plymouth, Subject to Conditions as to the Building Lines

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 15 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1953 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes the New Plymouth City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street first described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 50 ft., and of the proposed street secondly described in the said Schedule at a width for the whole of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 50 ft., and of the proposed streets thirdly and fourthly described in the said Schedule at widths for parts of their lengths of less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 1 to 13 inclusive, Lot 74, Lots 17, 18, 19, 24, 76, 77, 78, Lots 25 to 35 inclusive, Lots 66 to 69 inclusive, and Lots 36 to 47 inclusive, of a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 144624, referred to in the said Schedule within distances of 33 ft., 35 ft., and 40 ft., respectively, from the centre lines of the said streets, the said distances being more particularly shown on the said plan.

SCHEDULE

FIRST, that proposed street in the Taranaki Land District City of New Plymouth, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 15 perches, more or less, shown as Lot 72 on the plan marked P.W.D. 144624, hereinafter referred to, being part Section 22, Fitzroy District, as shown on Deeds Plan 5, and also being part Section 22, Fitzroy District, part of the said land being part Lots 6 and 7, Deeds Plan 5.

Secondly, that proposed street in the said land district and city, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 36 perches, more or less, shown as Lot 70 on the said plan marked P.W.D. 144624, being part Sub. Lot 1, Deeds Plan 5, of Section 22, Town Belt I, Fitzroy District; and also being part Section 22, Fitzroy District, part of the said land being part Lots 6 and 7, Deeds Plan 5, and also being part Section 22, Fitzroy District, Deeds Plan 5.

Thirdly, that proposed street in the said land district and city, containing by admeasurement 2 roods, more or less, shown as Lot 73 on the said plan marked P.W.D. 144624, being part Section 22, Fitzroy District, part of the said land being part Lots 6 and 7, Deeds Plan 5.

Fourthly, that proposed street in the said land district and city, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 2 perches, more or less, shown as Lot 71 on the said plan marked P.W.D. 144624, being part Section 22, Fitzroy District, part of the said land being part Lots 6 and 7, Deeds Plan 5, and also being part Section 22, Fitzroy District, Deeds Plan 5, and also being part Lot 2, D.P. 5546, being part Section I, New Plymouth Town Belt, and part Section 22, Fitzroy District.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 15 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1953 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes the Tauranga Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for the whole of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 49 ft. 6 ins., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 144675, referred to in the said Schedule, within a distance of 48 ft. from the centre line of the said street.

SCHEDULE

THAT proposed street in the South Auckland Land District, Borough of Tauranga, being an extension of Karaka Road, containing by admeasurement 9·1 perches, more or less, being part Lot 2, D.P. S.1561, being part Allotment 26, Parish of Te Papa.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 144675 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
