A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of October 1954.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 rood 30·5 perches.

Being part Section 4; coloured orange.

SECOND SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 1 rood 31·6 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Section 4; coloured green.

All situated in Block II, Hangaroa Survey District, Gisborne R.D. (S.O. 4835.)

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 144597 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of October 1954.
