Land Taken for a Public School in the City of Lower Hutt

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of October 1954.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres 1 rood 30·7 perches.

Being Lots 20, 21, and 22, D.P. 2162, being part Sections 50 and 53, Hutt District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 181, folio 140, Wellington Land Registry.

Situated in the City of Lower Hutt.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of October 1954.
